About The Role
Professional Security, one of the leading providers of door supervisors in the UK is seeking to add an experienced and driven individual to our existing management team in Manchester.
Managerial experience within the security sector, and extensive experience within the door supervision sector, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client relationships
- Implementing procedures and requests from your Operations Manager and Head of Operations
- Clear and respectful communication with your team of Door Supervisors
- Structuring the weekly rotas
- Organising and conducting weekly recruitment sessions – Recruitment of new door supervisors
- Visiting and auditing your venue staff
- Selling to new clients, visiting existing customers and account managing
- Attending Pubwatch and licensing meetings
- Liaising with local police forces

- Good management and people skills
- Confident communicator
- Ability to operate well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Good problem solving methods
- Be able to work as part of a team or on your own equally
- Good man-management skills
- Flexible and adaptable
