Our capabilities include corporate and event security, close protection, surveillance and investigations, risk consultancy, crisis management, logistics and specialist training.
We are now recruiting experienced Corporate Security Officers to join the team supporting a prestigious corporate client in Towcester. This is a professional, customer-facing role in which you will help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking the identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct thorough investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer.
- Valid SIA License.
- Full UK Driving License and access to own transport.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
