Senior Marketing Executive

About Us

Fullerton Group is a fast-growing group of businesses operating across security, training, events, and social impact.
With 6 brands and multiple acquisitions in the last 18 months, we’re building something ambitious – combining strong operational delivery with a clear focus on growth, people, and long-term impact.

At the centre of that is our marketing team.

We’re a small but growing team where no two days are the same, one day we’re launching campaigns, the next we’re building websites, creating content, developing new brands, or jumping on a trend (and yes, we love it when a TikTok goes viral).

We’re hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative – a genuinely friendly bunch who work hard, support each other, and take pride in what we deliver.

If you’re looking for a role where you can get stuck in, have a real impact, and grow as the business grows – you’ll fit right in.
