Our Growth Journey
Over the past 20 years, our organisation has grown from a single business into a group of specialist companies serving clients across multiple sectors.
What began with Professional Security has expanded through growth, partnerships and acquisitions to include a number of businesses operating across the UK.
Today, Fullerton Group includes 6 operating brands, each delivering services within their respective markets. Each of these businesses operates independently within its sector, with its own leadership, teams, and client relationships.
Why We Introduced Fullerton Group
As the organisation has grown, many of the central functions that support our businesses, including: HR, finance, marketing, recruitment, vetting, transformation, IT, compliance, and the Client Support Centre, have naturally evolved to support multiple companies across the organisation rather than a single business.
To reflect this development and provide a clearer structure for the future, these shared services and leadership functions now operate under a single group identity: Fullerton Group.
The name Fullerton Group reflects the long-term ownership, leadership and direction of the organisation, while providing a clear structure for future growth as new businesses join the group.
Fullerton Group represents the shared structure that supports our businesses behind the scenes. By bringing these services together under one identity, we can continue to strengthen collaboration across the group, ensure consistent standards, and provide the infrastructure needed to support future growth.
What This Means for Our Brands and Clients
Importantly, this change does not affect the way our operating brands work with their clients or partners. Each business will continue to operate independently within its own market, with the same teams, leadership and relationships that clients know and trust.
